Property Mediation

Property mediation is a structured process for separated individuals to resolve financial disputes and divide assets.  The goal is to minimise emotional and legal costs, by using a neutral mediator to guide discussions fairly. The process can help preserve important relationships by encouraging respectful communication and mutual understanding.  The resolution process is often more likely to preserve important co-parenting relationships, than legal settlements.
