Child Inclusive Mediation

We understand that parents worry most about the impact of separation on their children.  For this reason, we offer child-inclusive mediation – a process which effectively brings your child’s voice into the mediation.  

We have neutral, and trained Child Consultants who can meet with your child in a safe and confidential setting prior to mediation.  The Child Consultant will listen to your child’s perspectives and hear any worries they may have around the issues that commonly come with separation.  

The Child Consultant will then provide feedback to the parents and their mediator to help inform decisions that may be made at mediation.  Child-inclusive mediation is optional and requires both parents to consent to the process. Please discuss this option at your intake session with the mediator.
